Misc: Planned
Beginning tomorrow I want to star putting the hammer down in terms of limiting my intake of Diet Cola. I haven't documented it just because there are no calories, but starting tomorrow, I will not have any soda save Friday.

In addition, I'm needing to increase my flexibility. There's a rug in our living room which I'm using as a goal. By the time I finish my 45 days, I want to be able to straddle that rug!
