Using a training apparatus, you lean back and then do reverse flies bringing yourself to an upright position - did 40 of those

Using same apparatus, did pushups - 40

Using same apparatus, did jack knives - 40

Did another session at 11:00 AM - sparred for 20 minutes and did some more class work
