I had a "chicken" hot dog without the bun and had my oatmeal after I got back from my class

20 minute workout with my crew (suicides with a round of Burpees in between) and one round of pull-ups, 3 mile run while my son practices football, stretch, 100 pull-ups (done in increments throughout the day)

didn't do my class - got cancelled. But I did schedule a class at Port Royal so I got a solid round of exercise in along with the 3 miles and 100 pull-ups and yes, I did stretch!
