I'm planning on a Coke today, just because

I did have the Coke as well as two Diet sodas just because I had a hankering for some fiz. Overall, not a bad day at all, but only because there were two smokin' workouts rather than one. No sodas tomorrow at all. Exercise will be minimal, although I will stretch.
