We're at 1900 at 4:50 PM. There will be no further food intake today...Note to self: That smoothie is pretty hefty when you compare it to oatmeal and eggs etc. I went with that option because I'm resolved not to consume any soda between now and my picture, but the smoothie was probably not a good move.
