USMC Pushups / Dips
Cherry Pickers / Bicycles
Squats / Burpees
Cycle Three
Three Minute Pushup Drill (Diamonds, Shoulder Width, Wide Grip)
Three Minute Situp Drill (Leg Lifts, Bicycles, Rocking Chair)
Three Minute Jumping Jack Drill (Regular, Chinese Jumping Jacks, Squat Jacks)
